Help save Lily, help with her surgery

My 8 year old Lhasa Apso named Lily has been diagnosed to have accumulated pus/discharge in her uterus and is already poisoning her. Her health has depreciated rapidly and has lost a lot of mass but her stomach is still huge because of the infection. According to the vet, she needs to have the surgery as soon as possible or otherwise the poison will spread throughout her body. She has a 50% chance to survive with the surgery and we want to take the positive 50% chance of her getting thru this. The surgery costs a lot and will also need home care medicines after her surgery.
