Help save Giggy’s sight.

I am a single mum of two adorable children, Sophie aged 6 and Nicolas aged 4. I work hard to support them and provide for them. Their father left nearly 2 years ago and hasn't returned. But this isn't about them or me, it's about my fantastic Mum and Sophie and Nicolas's Grandma (Giggy ). Without her help, love, support and strength of character I wouldn't have got through the last 2 years. Giggy's support has enabled me to go to work to provide for my family while she cared for the children. Sadly she has been diagnosed with an eye condition which will cause her to potentially go blind. If this happens she won't be able to do the 'school runs', run errands, help with home work and see her grandchildren grow up. Without her sight my brilliant mum will not be able to do the countless things she does daily to ensure I can work to support my children. A small operation will fix this! Unfortunately it is not available through public health care, we don't have medical insurance (too expensive ) and I do not have the money to pay for the operation for her.

Please can you help me, help my mum?
