Help Saig get well

Hello my name is María José Ureta, better known online as Saigneux or just Saig. I'm a 27 years old Chilean who's here to ask for your help.

The past December 17th I had a stomach surgery from which I came out just fine. The problem started when I couldn't heal properly due to a persistent anaemia I've been dealing with for the past year, plus very bad cicatrization due to other health conditions. Now I'm dealing with an open wound in the middle of my abdomen and according to my doctor, would not be healing any time soon. The slow cicatrization leaves me with a high risk of infection and an excess of liquids under the tissues, that when pressing on my nerves provokes me neuropathic pain and also stops the healing process all together because I'm constantly bleeding.

Even after almost a month I haven't heal at all but my doctor came up with the perfect treatment to help me heal faster and solve the problem with the liquid excess. It's name is V. A.C. Therapy and it will make the wound close sooner, but of course it is expensive and out of my reach (not covered by the insurance at all).

The cost of the whole treatment is roughly around U$S400. It may not sound like much, but I can't make it on my own. My family is on a hard financial situation right now due to all these medical problems I've been through, plus my father is unemployed at the moment, so my mother is the only one working in the family. I need to heal faster in order to be back up to help my family.
