Campaign Story
Our beautiful labrador Rolo was attacked by a baboon on our farm at 9:30 on Tuesday morning on the 23rd of February. As soon as I found him I rushed him into Harare and straight to Borrowdale veterinary clinic. There the vet tended to him straight away. Most of the damage was on his back right leg. The vet tried his hardest to see if he could save his leg. But unfortunately he couldn't and had to amputate. His other back leg was dislocated and he will need intestine physiotherapy to male sure his leg is strong enough to now support what two legs would do.
As everyone knows, veterinary care is costly. Unfortunately our budget cannot afford the bill and we are seeking the kindness of others to help. Rolo is the most loving, happy go lucky kind of dog and we would be so appreciative for help in getting Rolo healthy and happy again. Our beloved pets mean more than life to us.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read this and an even bigger thank you to everyone who has managed to donate. No matter how small. It will help get Rolo well again.
