Please Help Rizaldy Portugal extend his life !He is only 43 yrs old ,2 kids a 1 year old and 8yrs old.He is suffering Pancreatic cancer 4 stage.He still wants to fight and live longer.We humbly ask any amount of donation to support his medical bills and to support any treatment that needs to be done .Financially we are broke .Whatever it takes we find all way.Please any donation will really help him extend his life !!
