Help Richard Get Operated

Richard Musinguzi born with a congenital abnormality called spinal bifida, its now three months since then, The doctor recommends an operation before it is too late,

Unfortunately, there is no coin to start with all the money were spent during pregnancy and child birth because the mother had many complications that resulted into operational delivery.

Richard has a weak immunity that every time we have to be near the hospital, because every week at leas he has to visit there 2 to 5 times.

Richard needs a helping hand so that he can be operated and also enjoy life as any other child.
