Campaign Story
One afternoon in Bali, we spotted a limping stray dog with a large open wound on his leg. When we came closer, we realized there was a sharp, rusty wire wrapped tightly around it.
We tried to get closer to him to help but he would run away each time. He was very afraid and traumatized.
After 6 weeks of tracking his movement, our friends Wendy and Nana were finally able to rescue him from the street and transport him to the vet.
On
further examination, the vet agreed that someone had forced the wire onto him
intentionally.
Thankfully - even after 6 full weeks of wearing the wire - the vet was able to remove it and save his leg.
He was given the name "Tyson", because clearly he's a fighter.
We're currently having Tyson treated, vaccinated and sterilized and would be very thankful for any support you can offer as the vet bills have really added up.
Thank you in advance, and we'll be sure to provide updates on Tyson’s recovery.

Save that poor doggy. He deserves better than that, much better! You're doing an amazing job over there. Love that you felt the urge to help him and didn't give up, not even after weeks.
