Campaign Story
Over the past two weeks, our small community here in Pucayacu has been devastated by unprecedented flooding from the Quindigua River. In addition to the damage to public infrastructure, more than 600 families have been impacted in our parish alone. Many have lost appliances, clothing, and even a habitable place to sleep. Several bridges, water passages, and roadways have collapsed, leaving our most rural and vulnerable families stranded. We humbly ask for your help to provide emergency supplies to those who have lost so much and help them rebuild their lives. All donations will go directly to those with the most need. May god bless you, and thank you for standing with us in this difficult time.
You can learn more about our community on the Earth Refuge original podcast series Riskland/Riesgolandia.
