Help Raymond Get an Engr. License

Hi guys, I tried my luck here to help a friend who is currently the top performing student in his school. He is a 5th year Civil Engineering student now and is about to take the board exams next year,however he is struggling financially as his dad recently died and his mother is also jobless. He still has younger brothers to support to. I just want to see him graduate this school year and get a degree.As what I can see, he may be able to be in the topnotchers list next year and I really believe he can, he’s just struggling financially.
