Help promote science, logic and reason in the Philippines

This campaign aims to start an biannual award for students of Cauayan City National High School in Cauayan City, Isabela. This award will be called "Dela Peña Award" which will grant certificates and prize money to high school students who are well-informed and well-read in science, religion and the history of science and the history of religion. The selection process will involve one (1) fifty-item multiple-choice examination, one (1) essay examination and an interview. Questions and topics are about science, religion and their history. Two (2) students every year will be chosen, once every six (6) months. Every time a student is awarded, I believe that other students will surely be pushed to study more.
