Poverty and snow can not walk along, and many families in economic difficulties in snowy areas are not only facing the winter but also with the shortage of food that is decreasing. Besim Dosku is the father of five children. He lives only with 70,000 ALL of old economic aid and if not enough, he is facing snow, lack of energy, ruined house, and danger of ending basic food, bread. The new year this family has passed without electricity and the wishes of the children of this family are minimal.

Besimi himself says he is a regular payer of electricity even though he is billed nearly 25,000 Lek due to the lack of a clock. If he can do this winter, he knows, but his biggest wish is that the winter is over soon.

A bag of flour that a relative has forgiven, a few snacks a room where everyone is gathered around the stove, as the only warm place are the conditions of this family who does not think of a fridge, washing machine or other household but only thinks bread, the livestock that keeps it alive in the face of extreme poverty.

Residents tell us that they all help each other to get even ahead of this cold that had not been seen for many years.

After a hard week of snow-covered areas, residents look hoping from the sky for temperatures to rise and winter to pass quickly.
