This campaign aims to help Pete purchase a standalone fire sprinkler system to defend his home from the very real potential of bushfire threat.

Pete lives alone in Coolagolite on the far South Coast of NSW and suffers from Parkinson’s Disease. Pete lives on a meagre income with very little capacity to fund the appropriate anti-fire measures that will help save his property in the event of a bushfire.

Pete is fortunate in that his immediate environment has not been affected by the recent bushfires that have devastated the areas of Coolagolite, Cobargo, Quaama, Yowrie and other surrounding towns. The natural forest surrounding Pete’s place remains a sanctuary for fleeing wildlife.
