In 2014, Paul Aris Villadiego was diagnosed with acute depression. Up to this day, 5 years after his diagnosis, he still experiences depressive episodes. Also, he was diagnosed last year with F20.0 Schizoprenia, Paranoid Type. He used to take medications but was forced to stop due to lack of funds. He also needed to stop working because of his condition. There also came a time when he was abandoned by his sister due to family problems, and he and his mother were cast out of his sister's house. As of now, he lives alone in an apartment. He is still unemployed due to his condition, and is only depending on his mother to support his daily needs. This made him more depressed because he doesn't know where to get money to support his medical expenses. Everyday he would feel sad and hopeless to the point where he wanted to take his life.
But despite his situation, he still wants to be okay again. He has a 2-year old daughter who he wants to support and be with her as she grows. He and his family hope that he will recover from his condition but they lack financially. The money that he and his mother receives from his sister is sometimes not enough for their daily needs. For now, he needs financial assistance for his monthly consultations in a mental health center in their province which is also quite far from where he lives, and for his medicines. We are asking for your kind hearts to help him. Any amount you donate would be of great help for his fast recovery. Thank you!
