Help our little angel, France Daven Kaele – Reconstructive surgery due to Electrocution

My name is Louise Gabrielle Gacad, 22 years old, single mom and currently unemployed. I am writing this letter to ask for a little help for my son named France Daven Kaele G. Tamesis.

France was born last 2015 and I have raised him with myself alone throughout the years. He is very playful, energetic, loving, kind and sweet son. He was indeed a blessing from up above. Sadly, he was diagnosed to have a cognitive speech problem.

I used to work as a call center agent and an online home-based teacher. I was working hard to provide his needs but unfortunately, it was not enough for his therapy. I had to save money so that in the future, I could afford to pay for a developmental doctor to treat his disability.

Just a week ago, a very traumatic accident had happened to France. He was electrocuted from a broken extension wire while he was playing at home. He was rushed to the hospital and was advised to undergo a wound debridement surgery because both of his hands were badly harmed/wounded.

This photo was taken in the hospital room while his heart and other internal organs were being monitored due to electrocution. It was really heartbreaking for a mother to see her child suffering.

Fortunately, no complications were found after several tests.

With the help of my friends with kind heart, loved ones and our almighty God, France was able to undergo a surgery. We were so blessed as he is safe after the operation.

According to his attending physician/surgeon, both of his hands were wounded by a third degree burn caused by electrocution. With that said, he will need to undergo another surgery which they called as " Reconstructive or Plastic Surgery" to restore its original form. They have asked us to prepare 100,000 pesos or equivalent to $2000.

I am afraid that I could not raise that money alone because I had to leave my job to look after him. I am only relying on my current partner's income and it is not enough to support his medical needs.

Photos below were taken 3 days after the surgery in the Emergency Room. This is the current condition of France's both hands.
