Help Operation for Gabrielle Josephine P. Meneses Occipital Encephalocele

I am Anna Aumbrey Meneses,I am kindly asking for help to raise funds for my daughter Gabrielle Josephine Meneses for her operation on April 9,2018 @ PGH.She was already 1 year and 4 months old.My daughter was diagnosed with a rare condition called "Occipital Encephalocele" - it is a neural tube defect wherein a baby's skull is not fully developed and are caused by failure of the neural tube to close completely. 60% of baby Gabrielle's brain was exposed and only 40% remains intact.
