Help my younger brother to catch his dream

Let me intoruduce to all of you, he is my brother, a youngster, Buchari Iswanda (25). He is bachelor degree from Government Science, with GPA above average (satisfied). He is the one and only in my family with the highest level of education. Now, he is looking for job. But, he has strong determination in pursuing higher level of education. He is dreaming about studying abroad in Europe.

Me and my brother is not coming from a wealth family. We are a low income family, that is one of the reason, why i end up at senior high school and i hope it would never happen to my brother. My mother, as a single parent, can't allegadly afford to make my brother's dream comes true, pursue a higher education. The thing that i can do now is to hope, a kindhearted people out there can share their happines, give him a piece of happiness. Small things can do bigger for me, my brother and my familiy now since he is our hope, our angel. I really appreciate for all your kindness. Best regards. Thank you
