Help my wife Kathleen she has PTB BRONCHIECTASIS

I CHRISTIAN my wife KATHLEEN is diagnosed with PTB BRONCHIECTASIS, due to her asthma since birth. Pulmonologist at EAST AVENUE MEDICAL CENTER told us she needs to undergo LUNG TRANSPLANT but since we don't have it yet in the Philippines, they advice us to have her OXYGEN SUPPORT and MEDICINES for MAINTENANCE.. Her HEART is also affected by which is more struggling her in difficulty of breathing..

I am the only one working as a rider and don't have much to support the medical needs of my wife.. our children needs her very much..
