Help my parents recover from cancer

My name is Huyen, a little girl from Vietnam. I live with my parents and a younger sister, a normal life as many other family. Then one day, I see my father keep coughing although my mother tried many ways to stop it. Then they went to the hospital to take a look, for both, as my mother said it has been a long time since the last time she went to the hospital.

Then, the bad news came.

Both my parents are suffering from cancers. My mom's is Thyroid cancer and my dad's is Nasopharynx cancer. Hospital requires Radiation therapy whenever we pay enough. And it costs so much while I'm just 23 and my younger sister is 16. All the fund I get will use to pay for the hospital bills. My parents wanna give up now because of financial problem. I can't see them dying like that. One year working helps me save $3,000 now. I need $4,000 more for the recovery. As in Vietnam, costs for cancer treatment is such a large number, and we have to pay before the treatment. Not all, but must enough for one-week treatment. My parents cannot start radiation therapy if they donot pay before.

The hospital reports are in Vietnamese, with no red seal, so I amnot sure if you can trust it or not. However, here I provide the name of the hospital: 108 Military Central Hospital, which is located on No 2., Trần Hưng Đạo Street, Hoàn Kiếm Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam. All the fund I received is just to pay for this hospital bills. I also bought life insurance for my parents since November 14, 2017. And the contract says that they will pay if my parents get cancer after three months since the day that the contract is signed. Therefore, we receive no payment from insurance.
