Help my mom build her life as it was before.

I'm a 16 year old male, who lives in Cyprus. Five months ago, my mother, Anna, has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and finally, four months ago (October 13th) had been operated (Removal of breast, and Reconstruction), since then, until now, she has been out of work, with really low salary, now even lower because of the fact she doesn't work, our government has promised us to give three months worth of salary (60% of it) money. They still haven't. My dad, almost never pays Child Care (An amount of money a father should give each month until I become 18). We've been struggling for the past three months now, even to the point when we don't even have enough to go shopping. My mom and I owe a lot of money, for example, my after-school lessons, I owe my teachers up to 200 euros. My mom can't even pay our rent, we owe at least 1200 euros, and more taxes. Lastly, thank god my mom's doctor said she might won't have to do Chemotherapy. Anyway that's all I can say, every donation is much appreciated and both my mom and I will be so grateful.
