Help my mentally ill uncle renounce his recently deceased brother’s huge debt

Recently my uncle died, and he had a debt of around 60k euros to his name. His family and anyone related to him ( my family as well), had to renounce his inheritance in order to stay clear off his debt.

Unfortunately my other uncle ( brother of the deceased ) due to his schizophrenia, is forbidden by law to sign any legal documents without going through court proceedings. In order for this to happen, my father needs to get his custody and sign the refusal of the inheritance for him.

The legal fees + the lawyer's expenses is around 1000-1500 Euros. This needs to happen in the next 2 months, otherwise my mentally ill uncle will inherit his now deceased brother's debt of 60K Euros, which would lead to his financial demise.

My family is going through financial problems due to the Greek financial crisis, and we are not able to afford the legal fees. My family and i would be forever grateful to any donor that decides to help us.
