Help! My laptop is dead. T.T

I've been using my laptop for over 4 years now and it has treated me well. I've always used it for studies and also some freelance video editing but now after that 4 and a half years, I can no longer use it.

I can't afford the time to head to my university's computer lab everyday as I live far away from my university and I can't do my work besides studies there.

I have to pay a part of my semester every 3 months as to help save my parents some cash and also having to start paying back my student loans.

For me to be in Malaysia, earning a minimal income, it's hard to survive let alone save for a computer that costs almost six times of what I earn in our currency when all I earn is less than 2,000 to eat and pay my bills.

I'm just looking to build a good enough desktop for me to work on my freelance job and also to study.
