help my heart warrior baby to have surgery

I am hoping anyone can help me for my heart warrior baby to have his heart surgery..he is fighting CHD for almost 3years and it is so hard to see him everyday having a hole in his heart that need to be fix..we apply to foundation for free and they want us to submit latest 2d echo result and put it in CD so the surgeon can see the video and schedule us when to come to Manila for the heart surgery..i do pray that someone can help us for my baby be echoed so that we can submit the copy this month or early January..i am begging you all to please help me for my baby to have surgery we are waiting this for a long time and i want this oppurtonity that the foundation can offer us free heart surgery for my baby..it is so hard to see him specially when he have cough so hard to see him sick..i do pray anyone with kind heart can help me and my baby to have a fix and happy..it will be a great christmas and birthday gift for him if we can submit the echo result this month..he will be 3 on 23rd of december..a great birthday gift for him that you can help him to have 2d echo..and soon he can have a happy and fix heart..God bless us all..
