Help my grandfather reach his dream

Hello everyone! I am here to tell you a story and to ask you for help. I'm 19 y.o. student. When i was 1 my father left our family. Since that time my grandfather and me - are the only men in family. Now grandfather is 79 y.o. So, I am the only working man. My mom is working very hard to pay bills and taxes. I'm working really hard too, but we still hardly get by with.
As I don't have father, my grandfather always replaced him for me. He taught me counting and reading, he bought me my first cycle and teached how to ride it. He always helped me, when i had troubles at school. He took me to Czech Republic, when i was 9. He did EVERYTHING for me!!!
I know that most of his life he wanted to visit Portugal.
For now I've saved up a certain ammount of money to buy him a ticket.

And now I am here to ask you: Please, help me fulfill my grandfather's dream!
