Help my father walk again

Please help my father walk again. He suffered from a spinal injury or something but we're not sure what the main cause really. We need to fund it for thorough checkup and other things to check so we will know what's the cause. It's almost 5years and still he can't walk. We're short on funds so we can't do any checkup or any thing to cure this illness. Please help us. Any help would be greatly appreciated and someday we might return the favor in any way.
