Help my Father get his heart back

To whom this letter would reach out to,

My father Robert Palomo 54, had a heart attack last January 6. His heart is functioning only at 30% and he needs to undergo angiogram to see where and what causes this failure. His heart is abnormally enlarged.

As medically advised, he then may undergo angioplasty to remove blockage or bypass surgery if needed.

We do not have enough funds for this operation but we will still pursue this coming Thursday January 10 to save and prolong my father's life. We still have 5 days starting today since the procedure will take 3 days in the hospital.

I am reaching out to your kind hearts. We will be forever grateful on any amount we will receive and forever be in our prayers.

My father was an OFW for 22 years and just went back to settle in the Philippines 3 years ago. He had enough retirement funds when he went back but his first grandson was a premature baby. My father is not selfish - for his grandson to live, he gave everything. Now this boy is very alive and strong thanks to my father who's been there for him and for us.

Please help my father with his operation. 3 years is not enough, we want more years to stay with him and to learn more about him.
