help my family

it all started almost 2 years back, my mother and father got divorced. i was only 16 at the time while my sister was 12. I only see my mother and sister once a month because they can't offord to keep me there often. Well i choose not to go so i save her money. but visit as much as i can. i see her always in tears and telling me how shes sorry she can't offord anything. it really hurts to see her like this. that same year i was diagnosed with a medical condition called Pan Ulcerative Colitis, normally this condition is not so bad. but i happen to get one of the worst possible outcomes for this disease, my medicine is barely keeping me in remmision and nothing is working. Doctors are recommending surgury or special injects weekly though this will cost over a $1000 month as the government does not subsidise the medicine so i have to pay the full amount. even my pills i take cost around 200 a month. We can not offord this. and my family is falling apart. I would appreciate any donation.  i have gotten a job though it does not help much at all.
