help my family

i am a single mum of three and used to work as a teacher  but lost my job due to some medical problem. I am in  great financial need to help my young children. since am not able to work i cant  support the young kids. my elder son of 12 years old is now at   home after lacking school fees to go to school while the other 2 are in school thanks to a good neighbour who helped me pay the fee. i am now stranded as  i cant find help anywhere . i am also not fine healthwise and need some medical attention. please help me where posible thanks
