Help my daughter with Imperforate Anus

My daughter has Imperforate Anus with rectovestibular fistula since birth. We're done with her 1st surgery which is called colostomy. Since then we need to maintain her colostomy bag and since the original is pricey we managed to do an improvised colostomy bag. We seek help on her 2nd and 3rd surgery because the laboratory expenses are a bit pricey and National Childrens Hospital is the goverment hospital my daughter is into. They might be free but some medical procedure should be done in a different hospital.
