Help my daughter speak

Hello!
Mena's name is Aizat, I am from Kazakhstan and I want to ask for help. in 2016 my daughter, Dayana, was born.

A wonderful girl who makes me happy with her smile every day. But the problem is that in 2018 we were diagnosed with Autism. Long trips to state doctors did not work, and we began to visit private specialists. Difficult and long search for good specialists. It was difficult to find a good neurologist, but we did it. We found a good defectologist, began long and difficult classes and treatment. And gradually we started to make improvements.

Dayana is now 4.5 years old. She independently walks out of need, knows the shapes and figures, animals and birds, and distinguishes colors. My daughter has an amazing spatial memory, she is perfectly oriented in the area, and if she was in a place that she liked, she will definitely show the way to it. When asked to indicate what is required, be sure to indicate The problem is addressed speech. Terrible tantrums and unwillingness to do anything. Treatment with us is both medication and with the help of training. A recent visit to the doctor changed our diagnosis to psycho-speech retardation. He looks like a completely normal child. Only she still has no addressed speech, no socialization. She never learned to play with children and talk. Speaks on the strength of 50-60 words, most of which are the name of products and animals.

There is still a lot of work to do. And there are a lot of specialists who need to be contacted and carry out various analyzes and tests to give my daughter the opportunity to live a full life in society.

The request with which I turn to you is that, unfortunately, we cannot sufficiently provide her treatment due to a banal lack of finances. Unfortunately, all good specialists in our country (child psychologists, neurologists, psycho-neurologists, defectologists, etc.) are expensive.

Dayana is a wonderful child, and we want a full life for her, but, unfortunately, without good treatment she will not be able to become a full-fledged part of society.
