Help my dad rebuild his dream house

Ever since I was born, almost 32 years ago, my father has been working abroad to be able to provide for our needs. He started as a maintenance crew for an international cruise line then after 15 years, decided to work in Bermuda for a yacht company. He has endured countless hours of manual labor just to make sure my sister & I can get a good education and a better chance at life. After years of hard work, he was able to build a small but beautiful home for us.

Unfortunately, after only a few years, our neighbor decided to renovate their house and put up a huge 5-storey building. Due to its massive weight, the foundation of our house gave and now my dad's dream house, the product of his 30 plus years of hardwork, is now left crooked. It has cracks everywhere, our doors won't close, the drainage system was messed up and we brace ourselves for water leaking through our roof and inside our house whenever it rains.

My heart breaks for my father because I know how hard he worked to be able to provide us with this house. And now that the years of manual work is taking a toll on his body, he decided to finally retire. I was hoping to have the house rebuilt so he can enjoy his retirement living in it. Whenever I see him look at our house, he always seems so sad and disappointed.

I wish I had the money to renovate it on our own but with the amount of fixing it needs, it would take years to be able to save up enough.

I am knocking on your generous hearts to please help me make my dad's wish come true. I want to be able to repay him for all the hardwork he has done and this is the only way I know would really make him happy.
