Help my cat kenma get her surgery

Hi! I am knocking on your kind heart to help me get my cat into her surgery. She's a 7 years old cat. She keeps getting pregnant but everytime she gave birth her kittens are premature. Sometimes it's born half like head and hands only and rest is nothing or sometimes it's still a fetus I also uploaded a photo of her kitten that's premature and it's heart breaking seeing her kitten like that 😭. I really want her to be checked and have a surgery but I can't afford it. And now she's pregnant again and I'm scared that she might die. Please help me
