Help me use my arms again

Hi,

I hope this message finds everyone well.

I'm reaching out in the hopes of anyone who can help me undergo a procedure.

I have a recurrent shoulder dislocation due to falling in bed a few years back which is really painful and bothersome whenever it pops up just by doing regular activities.

I have to admit, I was really into physical activities before but I couldn't do any of those anymore because of this. I WANT TO LIVE MY LIFE AGAIN. Please.

I've been hospitalized a couple of times just so the doctors could put it back to the way it was. And just this week, I got the verdict that I would need to have a surgery for it or it may result in an early stage of arthritis. I'm only 26. My health insurance won't cover the cost of such procedure.
