Help me to save my Home

I have been trying my best to struggle through the past few years of what seems to be the hardest times I have ever faced. I was laid off due to lack of work the end of 2016 due to the recession. I have developed a heart condition, which the doctor stated had been brought on more from the stress as well as now becoming a diabetic. I have always strived to have a home, something instilled in me from my parents and grandparents, a place to call home and giving one's self a bit of security in the fact it is something to call your own. The thoughts of losing my home has made my condition even worse and I hate to admit it but I wonder if the next life could be as bad as it has been over the past couple years. Please if there is any way you could help, it would be greatly appreciated, anything to stop my home from being foreclosed.
