Help me to pay my home electricity bill & assessment tax (residential tax)

I urge you all to help me and my family. I have a small salary which is not enough to support my family. My first problem is that I have to pay electricity bills as soon as possible within a week to avoid supply from being cut by suppliers. If there is no electricity, it will be difficult for me and my family to carry out our daily lives. Secondly, I have to pay my assessment tax (residential tax) as soon as possible within a week to prevent property in my house from being seized and confiscated by the authorities.
