HELP ME TO KEEP LIVING!

Soy Oscar Holguin y tengo 42 años, desde hace 16 años me diagnosticaron Diabetes y alta presión. Hace un año y medio me diagnosticaron insuficiencia renal crónica e inmediatamente me sometieron a diálisis peritoneal después de un año dejo de funcionar y entre en un estado de salud grave, entonces tuve que realizarme hemodiálisis lo cual me ha ayudado pero me mantiene en un estado delicado debido a que la atención médica que recibo es por parte del seguro social y hace un año que no tengo nefrólogo y mi salud cada vez está más afectada, mis riñones solo funcionan un 4%. Mi estado de salud me afectó económicamente también debido a qué hay días en los que no soy capaz de moverme, Necesito el dinero para atender mi salud de mejor manera y poder estar mucho más tiempo con mi familia, soy su soporte ellos dependen de mi y no quiero dejarlos antes de tiempo.

A year and a half ago I was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure and I was offered peritoneal dialysis after one year and my condition was severe.
