Help me to get on my feets again!

Going through hell from July 21,2014 and still going.A terrible road accident broke my leg into pieces turns my life 180 degree.

• The long longsuffering:
  After the accident take place I got an open fracture in my left with 16 pieces of bones tibula,fibula leg x-ray below, I was operated 2 days after the accident and I lost some dead bone.
  
  So they nailed my leg and removed the dead bones .below was the after nailing x-ray
  This was the status of my leg after surgery.I was operated 2 days ,1st for nailing ,then for skin grafting as it was an open fracture and I lost some flesh too.
  After staying 12 days in hospital i was released to come after at least 6 months as the doc said it may take 7-8 months to heal .There was more than 1 inch gap and maybe needed a bone grafting if not healed.
  But after 1 and a half months due to the unknown infection reason(My doc guesses as side effects of antibiotics ) I had a perennial abscess .It was again a complexion so I was again operated in hospital ,another surgery. This new doc said this will heal with in month or 2 no worry but it never healed and what was an abscess become a fistula in ano .Then I had to go through another surgery for this for removing the fistula .But again it never healed and the Infection remained
  Mean while 6months was over and my orthopedics doc call me to check up,there he decided I need to go through another surgery bone grafting to fulfill the big gap.So he take bone from my hip and replaced it there.
  But tragedy comes again The grafting was not well done and after 2 months it got infected ,The doc said that this infection maybe come from the fistula and he decided to again make a immediate surgery.That sergery was taken place and he ultimately shorten my leg by 1 inch.
  Below is the x-ray.He was frighten if it is not done I may be loose my leg so he cut the bones and make it short,removed the internal nailing and places a external fixation .
  After this surgery I decided to go to Chennai to for the fistula.There I met a doc and he made another surgery in ano but still the infection not healed.
  Now this is my present condition after 3 months of the last operation i am still not able to stand up properly the doc says it will take time as it was infected so its very complex now.
  
  After several surgery during past 15+months nothing healed ,I am still on bed and money flowing away every day for the medication both for fistula and my leg.
• Why I need money?
  literally I am in a bankrupted concision , over 15K usd spent on several surgery ,and i donot know when it will stop.All my savings are gone .Moreover this miss-treatments in this hospitals only drained all my money and left me with misery .
  I need a good amount of money to go to the best hospitals in India or out side of India to fix the shorting of my leg, heal my leg and that fistula.
  

• Who am I and what was my life?

I am Ranadeep Das a B.Tech pass out student from India ,age:23. I was quite a bright student throughout my student career ,I had 82% marks on 10th ,80% on 12th in Science and again 80% on my B.Tech in Computer Science Bachelor Degree. Science the last year of my college 2013 ,Instead of joining a high paying IT company and have a tension free steady life, I decided to build one start-up company and provide solutions to people and make employment in my small town Barrackpur 20 miles away from city Kolkata.Yes that was my dream to improve my locality and under developing country.So I co-founded my 1st sartup Xeneration-I on January 2013, After one year long running this start-up my partner back stuffed on me ,taking all our business account by his name and kicking me out,yes I was stupid that I trusted that person.But that don't make me stop to gather more people and start another start-up Syspider on Feb,2014 ,it was going good day by day until this accident turned my life.
So now I cannot work any more so no money for last 15 months my parents are retired they now cannot afford my medication any more .
