Help me to get justice for my father in Strasbourg

Hello everyone my name is Alex.I need help.So this is my story.My father was a miner a he have an accident and died on his work.The reason of accident is that others guy's truck was broken and he crashed in my dad's truck . My mom and I sued the man who was driving other truck and company but in some reason court drop the charges. I want to try on international court of justice in France,but i dont have enough funds for that ,becouse is to expencive and i don't have that much money.So please help me to find justice for my father.
