I as described below would like to request for financial support from your society in view of being unemployed and having follow up for Psychiatry follow up together Retroviral disease treatment.

For your information, I have been suffering from HIV Retroviral Disease since 2017 and been undergoing treatment starting May 2017.I am taking medications as prescribed by Doctors.

Apart from that, I am as well diagnosed with Schizophrenia, a psychiatric disease due to depression and this difficulty made me unable to attend work as I am still having symptoms that is inconvenience for me to cope with going to work.

AroundMay 2018, I broke the news of me having been infected by the Virus to my family members,in frustration has been not very well accepted by my family as they were not very well educated and consequently prompted me tos live with a friend who is a doctor by profession.

Being unemployed, I have no backupfinancially and has to lend money from friends and this circumstances has cause bad rapport with my colleagues.

Currently, I am staying with a friend who is supporting me by allowing me to stay with him but I have to pay the rent.

For your information, I have been made bankruptcy by bank on 18/6/2019 due to inability to pay arrears. As a result I cannot do any business or working in the government sectorunless reviewed by Insolvency body.

I am humbly asking for financial assistance from your society as I am not yet able to find a proper job that suits my condition. Suggested budget based on monthly basis are as follows.

Monthly rent:RM900

Nourishments:RM500

Bills:RM150

(Electricity,water and mobile)

Total required per month:RM1550 per month
