Help me to developing the agricultural commodity

Hi, My Name is I Made Alit Arsadana, i'm 33 years old, i'm graduate of agriculture degree. i live in Bali, Indonesia. Now i work as Simantri officer. Simantri is flagship program of Bali Province in the maintenance of Bali cattle.And i got assignment at Bukian Vilagge, Gianyar regency, Bali Province. Here i see a lot of land not utilized, society and the economy is not good. Then i thought of making agribusiness, especially develoving commodity such as papaya, chili and other commodities. I would use the land resident there with a land area about 2 acres, to plant the commodity. My goal is to introduce agribusiness opportunities, and so they want to work in the agricultural sector. But i have capital trouble to realize it all. I only had the money about USD 800, while to realize all of it, at least the necessary capital around USD 2500. I have started this businesssince the beginning of the 2015 and it's development can be seen in http://www.agrobukian.net Hopefully there will help me.
