Help me to buy better PC, to get to work

Hello, My Name is Putra and I need help. Several weeks ago my only one laptop just dropped from the bed and when I tried to fix it at the official service center, it cost about 900 USD, I have no money left and my salary just cover the monthly house installment and daily life.

I used the Laptop for work and my only entertainment device aside of my phone.

I tried to bring it to third party service center and the said, the damage was at the processor and the heatsink. The processor was cracked and the heatsink is not on the place because the bolt and the socket detached from the mainboard, and also they suggest me to let it go because if I buy the mainboard, it is a gambling and/or buy a new or a second one because the spec just out of date as well.

Please Help
