Help me to buy a wheelchair and physical therapy

I was a happy go lucky young man. All of my friends can say that although I tend to be shy sometimes, I am friendly and a good friend. But because of one incident, everything has changed.

Back on Oct 3, 2013, I got held up at Cartimar, Pasay. My cellphone was taken and robbers shot me with a gun. I was brought to Pasay General Hospital first where I had an operation but they weren't able to remove the bullet so I was transferred to Chinese General Hospital and had another surgery at the back to remove the bullet from the spine. The damage was T11. Resulting to paralysis from the waist down. Luckily, the 2 robbers are now in jail. I'm still lucky to be alive but since I am disabled now, my movements are now limited and is now prone to UTI and difficulty in bowel movement. My condition is getting worse by the day. I can no longer sit for a longer period of time because my butt has become prone to pressure sores as it has atrophied together with my legs. Because of this, I am unable to work fulltime anymore and cannot afford physical therapy and cannot afford a replacement wheelchair for my old one.

I am appealing to your kind hearts. Please help me.
