help me to become doctor

Years rolled on from 2009 where i was offered government sponsored medical education at private medical school.now i am preparing for final year exams on february,2014.every year my parents suffer a lot to pay  medical tutuion fee of 6100 dollars .so much debts which made them unbearable,put them on stress,many times lost hope of survival.there was times which made me to think of discontinuation of education.with help of many family relatives and thier charities,i had came to last year of medical education.my parents wants to see as doctor this year ..it is their life ambition of making me a doctor to serve mankind and needy.as regarding final year fees,i had paid 3600 dollars as part amount.yet remainder part of 1500 dollars before my exams held on february ,2014.i need to pay before 27th jan 2014.or else i will not be attended to write exams.please i request some kind hearted well-wishers can help my fees for exams..thanks a lot.please me to become doctor.
