Help Me Survive, Donate for My Kidney Transplant

I am Jennifer Capili, 47 years old, single and currently residing at Paco, Manila, Philippines. I am a photo stills scanner operator who earns just enough to support my daily needs. Last March 12, 2024, I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD) Stage 5 from chronic glomerulonephritis. I also have hypertension, anemia of chronic disease, at bronchial asthma. Unfortunately, I don’t have medical benefits that can support my medical conditions. Based on my latest ultrasound, I have a bilateral renal parenchymal disease, with signs of chronicity on the right. My creatinine level is at 1,023 umol/L, exponentially high from the normal range na 45.0-84.0 umol/L.

Because of my critical condition, I urgently need to undergo kidney transplant to help me survive. The operation and the subsequent medication would cost at around Php1.5 million or $26,500. In the meantime, that I don’t have the funds for the transplant, I will undergo kidney dialysis. The cost of which will still depend on the results of my subsequent lab tests.

My family and I have already exhausted our funds on my medicines, laboratory and other medical tests, and medical checkups. We also don’t have the money to support my kidney transplant.
