Help me stay in university

Hello Everyone,

My name is Attila Szatmari from Hungary and for those who don’t know me, I am a currently a student in Denmark, attending my second semester at the Lillebaelt Academy in Odense. For the last 5 years I have been working to earn enough money to start my AP in Marketing Management. Through these 5 years I gained a lot of experiences in such ways like hospitality, gastronomy, organization and law. Unfortunately these kind of experiences doesn`t really help me in a foreign country because everything is totally different from that you can experience in your home country.

A few days after I have moved in to Denmark I have realised that I am alone here without a job and any kind of help. I am trying my best here but it is very hard… At home my family is struggling with loans so they couldn`t really help me because in Karcag (this is the small town where I came from) the average salary is just enough to survive the actual month and not more.

Here in Denmark fortunately the school is free, but the living here cost a lot of money. At this time I am living in a worker`s hostel because it is not that expensive as renting an apartment or room in the centre of Odense, but in a few days before I start my studies I would like to move in to Odense because the hostel is about 90 km far from the school. Because of the high prices and of the Danish law the deposit of a room is very high so can`t afford them. It is a very frustrating situation because not the physically or mentally barriers are blocking me in achieving my goals only the financial part. I was learning and working hard so far but now I am in need of a financial support.

My goal is to be a professional in Marketing and Sales management and also if can I want to continue my studies in higher ways such as an MsC or PhD. Besides these I would like to have a job with a good salary so I could help my family in the future because everything I have achieved so far I can only thank them.

Now I feel I am much closer to my goal than I could’ve imagined and any amount you can contribute will allow me to be even closer to achieve my dreams.
