Help me start a little bussiness and grow

HI my name is Stefan, i'm a marketing and economics student and i work at a advertising agency ,

after a long talk and a long qouiz with my boss, he advised me to start my own advertising company after proving to him that im up to it.

My project is : I want to start a client friendly advertising agency , and create part time jobs for students like me and give them the opportunity to learn and use marketing knowledges inside my company and why not give them a kickstart like my boss gave me.

So my project will be multi purpose :

1. As i said earlier create jobs for students

2. Make indoor advertising more clean and client friendly , as is now indoor advertising with flyers is like this : Messy and leaving no room for clients mail .

What i want to do is a more clean and not violating clients mail boxes , by creating special spaces in apartment building hallway with stands like this :

With a special box for recycling leftovers , and flyers that remain from the past campaign .

2. Also as in this moment elevator indoor advertising does not exist in my region , i would like to place in every elevator of any apartment building, that the ads would have a big number of views and not violate the customers intimate space like mail box or doorknob flyers and create a repulsion to the indoor advertising.

3. Use the recycled flyers to create other flyers, and posters so that advertising will be more earth friendly.

4. Make monthly surveys with customers about indoor advertising and the way they see it.

At the moment i already have a big part of the first investment , (about 2500 euros) with the 1000 i could raise here and from recycling i will be able to raise the total amount of 4000 euros before january and hire the first students. this month i want to talk to my university management so i can be included in their student practice program so they will send to me the students that are in need of a part time job and make their practice.

Ps: Start Recycling flyers, and posters, don't waste all this paper ; Let's try to be more responsible
