Help me set up my business

Hi. I don't have a sad story or anything. I'm just a 28 year old from a small community. I have 2 beautiful girls aged 2.5 years & 6 months. Since going on maternity leave there has become an issue locally with child care with 40+ children on the waiting list (not including my children!), so I am trying to set up my own business making handmade garments, that I can operate from home. Most people may just not go back to work but we need the income and I would love to be able to still be a mum at home and work at the same time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(My town isn't on the town selector list sorry so I had to choose Adelaide - even though we are 6+ hours drive from the capital city)
