Help me save so I can walk again.

Hello and thank you in advance for anything you do. I need your help. I have been trying to save up for my second surgery to remove a lump on my left foot. This is causing me too much pain every step and this has stopped me from getting a regular job. I had my first surgery back in January and have used up all my savings and had incurred medical debt that I am still trying to pay until now. Since I can't walk properly, I resorted to looking for jobs that I can do from home but my earnings hasn't been enough for my daily needs. Being a freelancer means I don't get to have a medical aid from the government and I also cannot afford an insurance.

Now I am humbly asking for your help in any kind. If you can hire me (I'm a virtual assistant) that would be even more help. I honestly don't want to be asking someones money, I want to work for it.
