Help me save my eyesight

My eyesight is failing. I have been suffering from diabetic retinopathy. A condition wherein the arteries within the retina started bursting filling my eyesight with blood and if left untreated will eventually cause a tear to the retina walls permanently causing blindness.

At present, my left eye is affected. I am going to need surgery if I ever have a chance to still save my eye but an operation will set me back at about P200,000 (about $4000 in USD).

To make matters even more difficult, I am also a CKD patient and I needed dialysis three times a week including medication which has already wiped out my entire life savings. I have no life insurance and In my current working capacity, the required expense is clearly out of my salary range to even sustain my needs for an entire year even if I work overtime non stop.

I am terrified at the prospect of going blind especially that I have my family who also depend on me. Please help me. Any amount you can give would greatly be appreciated.
