Crowd Funding - Letter of intent

Hi my name is Beloved John Balmaceda, owner and founder of fastsabuy express delivery services, Located mainly at San pedro Laguna, Philippines. Fastsabuy Express is an innovative online delivery service platform that provides very unique business model for food delivery, parcel , errands and marketplace .. I started the business almost a year now, running 10months now to be exact. With the very limited resources and support, from capitalization to manpower I was able to grow the business and the community across regions in Luzon, (NCR , CALABARZON, and some provinces). With almost 500 partner merchants and over a thousand registered delivery riders we were able to serve our community very well for a couple of months the business is doing very well and the sales and income are consistently growing. Until an incident happened in our operation that drains down every funds and personal savings I got which drastically affects our whole operation.

One of my system developer unknowingly generated a script that enables the use of a google map api connection to loop or to request the data repeatedly from google for almost two weeks. Until I have noticed. That causes our Bill to blow up to $4500 + penalties. I have no choice but to pay what is due, to continue the service we needed from google. But with a heavy heart I have to lay off some of my staff, and force them to work at home because we weren’t able to pay our office dues. Everything is slowing down because of what happened unexpectedly. To date we were still operating and trying to survive with the little amount of savings I have left, that I’m currently using for the daily expenses of our operation.

I know every start-up business are meant to face challenges and difficult times like these, But instead of thinking about giving up I think about how I started and how far I have come.

I made this letter of intent with a humble heart for a crowd funding purpose to help me and my entire business to recover, I am reaching out to your kind heart to help me succeed in this journey. I believe I can be successful and be known in the industry someday, but I cannot do this alone without the people who believes in me and supporting me in this journey.
