Help me realize my dreams!

I just want to thank you guys for even reading this! My dream is to help people, to make them feel like the world is a better place than it may seem! That's why I want to become a doctor! Unfortunately, this will be just a dream, a forgotten dream without your help! I can't afford it on my own and I don't feel like giving up!
